Intake Appointment ($400):

  • Review of pre-intake questionnaire and client history

  • Introductions and overview of therapeutic approach

  • 90 minutes

Individual Sessions ($300):

  • Targeted therapy involving holistic techniques in combination with CBT, DBT, Solution Focused Therapy and Psycho-education

  • Cancellation must be at least 24-48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Payment must be made prior to each session via an on-file credit card.

  • No, all sessions are paid out of pocket.

  • Ideal clients are women, young adults and older, and men specifically ones with substance abuse.  Clients that are motivated and willing to do a lot of work, but I am also happy to help those that need a little push and accountability!
